Vishal Sharma is elevated to Senior Vice President of Technology, Post-Acquisition Business Platforms, at SBI Card. Sharma brings over 19 years of industry experience working across financial services, manufacturing and automotive, and telecom sectors.
He has been associated with SBI Cards for a decade now and has led the company across multiple business functions, such as customer servicing, marketing, operations, fraud, risk, compliance, and more. In the post-acquisition business platform, he will focus on retail and corporate serving, cross-selling, customer retention, and others.
Before joining SBI Cards, Sharma had worked with Project IBM as a Project Manager. He was also associated with Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer and Birlasoft as a Senior Software Engineer. In his professional journey, he has led with extraordinary expertise, guiding digital transformation and managing vendors and stakeholders while maintaining budgeting and resource allocation.
