Pooja Singh becomes the Assistant General Manager – Human Resources at Schindler India. In her new role, she will lead strategic human capital initiatives, strengthen HR business partnering, and drive talent management and organizational development agendas aligned with Schindler India’s growth priorities.
Pooja brings nearly two decades of expertise across multiple sectors like manufacturing, financial services, and more. Before joining Schindler, she was associated with The Wedding Company, where she served as Director – Human Resources. Earlier in her career, Pooja worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Thoucentric, advising organizations on HR operations, talent management, and performance frameworks. She also spent over six years as Human Resources Director at Topshield Security Services, where she built scalable HR systems, strengthened labor relations, and led large, diverse workforces. Her foundational experience includes HR leadership roles at Tata Finance and early-career assignments with Tata Motors and Diamond Exports.
She announced her new journey by sharing, “I begin this chapter with genuine excitement and a deep sense of purpose. I believe HR plays a pivotal role in shaping culture, enabling leadership, and driving sustainable performance.
