Shalini Seshadri is appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Paychex. In her current role, she will be leading the strategic leadership position where she will be overseeing the HR functions like employee relations, HR consulting, HR Policies, and human capital management.
Before joining Paychex, Seshadri had worked with companies like State Street, Thomson Reuters, Barclays, SAP Labs India, and Symphony Teleca. With over two decades of experience, she has contributed in human resources as the Vice President Human Resources, Assistant Vice President, Talent & Development Manager Human Resource Business Partner, and more.
Over the course of Seshadri’s professional career, she has led over 300 employees and provided important metrics to the business and stakeholders at SAP. At Thomson Reuters, she was handling 800+ employees across Bangalore and Hyderabad while providing HR support, reviewing, and implementing talent management.
Seshadri is a seasoned industry expert, with a strong pursuit in handling employee relations and grievance handling. She transitioned the human resources of Barclays capital and wealth department.
