Mr. Shiju Varghese, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Mustang Technologies Pvt Ltd, holds more than three decades of deep technical and strategic leadership experience in the energy and engineering sector. He began his career at Praj Industries and thyssenkrupp Uhde India, where he developed a strong foundation in disciplined execution and design integrity.
His career has been defined by extensive hands-on work across Greenfield and Brownfield Oil and Gas projects, offshore platforms, modular onshore skids, fixed platforms, and FPSO applications, including Gas Dehydration Units, MEG Regeneration Systems, Sulphate Removal Units, Vapour Recovery Units, and a wide range of process units spanning petrochemicals, bioethanol, personal care, and air separation technologies.
He also held the position of Director at Lambros Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd. for ten years, during which he made significant contributions to strategy, governance, and long-term growth. His earlier leadership at Aker Solutions involved managing multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex multi-location offshore projects for clients such as ONGC Videsh Ltd, British Gas, A.P. Moller – Maersk, Petrobras, and Shell.
