Isha Kukreja is appointed as the Director of Talent at ShipBob. Isha brings over a decade of expertise in the human resources sector. Throughout her corporate journey, she has worked with several companies that shaped her talent strategies and global talent acquisition approach.
Isha has worked with PeopleStrong, MyRefers, and Infollion Research Services Limited. She has served in leadership positions in the companies and contributed prominently to attracting talent and approaching better hiring initiatives.
At PeopleStrong, Isha was serving as the Senior Manager, where she was effectively managing recruitment programs across multiple sectors like IT, engineering, hospitality, insurance, and e-commerce. She ensures that the company’s financial goals are aligned with its human resources.
Isha shared her journey and expressed gratitude, “It all began in 2021 with a conversation with my (now current) manager. His vision for building ShipBob in the India region was infectious, and I knew I wanted to be a part of it. At the time, the road ahead wasn’t easy—ShipBob had no brand presence in India, and I was starting from scratch with a team of kind, driven people. That’s all I knew.”
