Shobha Mishra Ghosh (she/her) has stepped in as Chief Advocacy & Policy Advisor, India & South Asia at GE HealthCare India. She is bringing more than 35 years of experience across public policy, government affairs, and regulatory leadership. In this role, she will be leading the advocacy, public policy strategy, state-level initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across India and South Asia.
Before this, Shobha served as Director & Head – Government Affairs & Policy at GE HealthCare, where she played a pivotal role in shaping policy dialogue with the Government of India, multiple state governments, and international stakeholders.
She also worked with FICCI for 15 years, including as Assistant Secretary General, was marked by impactful national-level advocacy across MedTech, pharmaceuticals, public health, health insurance, education, and skill development. She also was also the Principal Partner at Insigh8 Collective, where she was leading strategic leadership, regulatory affairs & institutional development across multiple segments.
