Shoppers Stop has appointed Nabamita Banerjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer and Customer Care Associate. Nabamita joins Shoppers Stop after an impactful tenure at Starbucks India, where she advanced from Senior Manager of Human Resources to Head of Human Resources. In her role, she was responsible for people development, talent strategy, and organizational culture across the brand’s operations in the country.

Her global HR experience also includes her tenure at ApparelGroup, Dubai, where she contributed to HR operations, policy design, and compensation across leading fashion brands like KennethCole, TommyHilfiger, Ninewest, Aldo, and Aeropostale. She began her human resources journey at Patni Computer System Ltd., creating a strong foundation in HR practices.

With her cross-industry expertise in retail, fashion, and technology, Nabamita is set to drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and customer-centric initiatives at Shoppers Stop.
