Shun Endo is appointed as the Head of Data Centre, Capital Markets, for the Asia Pacific region. Endo is currently positioned as the Director, Data Centre Capital Markets for CBRE Japan and will continue to serve in his role along with the new position.
Endo brings over a decade of experience in the investment market. He has worked with companies like Global Logistic Properties (GLP), CLSA Capital Advisors Fudo, and KKR & Co. Inc. He has been associated with CBRE for the last four years and has significantly contributed across the Japan region and has been managing deals of over $4 billion.
“I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues across all markets to facilitate transactions and drive the best outcomes for our clients.” Endo expressed.
In his new role, he will be closely collaborating with clients all around the APAC region, focusing on developing a data centre platform to serve them.
