Over the course of his professional journey, Souvik has worked with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, Airtel, Citi, Rupeek, and ICICIPrudentialLifeInsurance. At JubilantFoodWorks, he was handling Domino’s India as the VP and Head of HR, Training and Performance Management, leading more than 6500 employees while partnering with business leaders to build future-ready Dominos. During his tenure at Airtel, Souvik was heading as the GM and Head of HR Technology, Analytics. In this stint, he elevated employee experience at the company of over 15000 employees.
In his new role at Devyani International, Souvik will focus on scaling the HR function to match the company’s rapid growth. He will be focusing on a strong organisational culture while developing future-ready capabilities. His expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and people analytics positions him well to drive Devyani’s employee-centric initiatives and support its continued expansion.
