She holds over 25 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, lean systems, and process optimization within the apparel industry. During her professional career, she served as Dy General Manager at Bhartiya International Limited, Deputy General Manager – Organizational Development at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, Head – Manufacturing Excellence at Texport Overseas Pvt. Ltd, and as a Head- Manufacturing Excellence at Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. She spent nearly a decade at Gokaldas Exports Limited, where she most recently served as a
Senior Manager.
She holds her academic qualifications from Chinmaya Institute of Technology, Kannur, JD Institute of Fashion Technology, and Sikkim Manipal University – Distance Education.
