InvoiceCloud announced the appointment of Sridhar Jalluri as Director of Finance. This appointment aims at strengthening the company’s financial leadership and enhancing its strategic financial planning and operational performance as it continues to scale.
With 15+ years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, and business strategy, he has a proven track record of driving financial performance and supporting growth initiatives across technology and SaaS businesses. During his professional career, he has served as Manager – International Banking Group at ICICI Bank, Project Manager at Tech Mahindra, Senior Business Finance Manager – (Financial Planning And Analysis) at Cyient, Finance Controller (Head Finance – DSM Shared Services India) at DSM Shared Services India Private Limited, Finance Director at alliantgroup, and Head of Finance GCD India at IQ-EQ.
He has completed his academic qualifications from Berhampur University and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His experience spans budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting, positioning him to contribute to InvoiceCloud’s long-term financial goals. In his new role, he will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and finance operations to support InvoiceCloud’s continued growth and innovation.
This appointment will strengthen the company’s financial foundation and deliver enhanced value to customers and stakeholders with his deep understanding of financial systems and strategic priorities that enabled strong alignment between financial planning and business execution.
