Stella Blythe Appointed as Senior Vice President of Development, Asia at EVT
Stella Blythe has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Development, Asia at EVT – Entertainment | Ventures | Travel. She will begin her new role on 3rd June, 2025, and operate from EVT’s Singapore office. With over a decade of experience in hotel valuation and brokerage across the EMEA and APAC regions, she has worked with CBRE and Savills Singapore.
Before joining EVT, she was the Director of Hotels and Hospitality at Capital Markets for Asia (CBRE). Bylthe was also the Associate Director of Savills Singapore for the APAC region. She grew her expertise in investments while working and collaborated with local and international investors.
In her new position, she will be leading the EVT’s expansion into Asia. She expressed enthusiasm about her new appointment, stating, “As the new Senior Vice President of Development for Asia at EVT, I’m incredibly excited to help drive our strategic growth in the region and deliver significant value to our partners.”
EVT’s Director of Hotels and Resorts, Norman Arundel, also commented on the new appointment, “With her extensive experience and far-reaching network, Stella brings both insight and influence to our efforts on the ground.”
The appointment highlights the strategic move of the EVT’s dedication to growth and operational excellence in the hospitality sector of Asia.
