Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) appointed Sudeep Kunnumal as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) designate. Kunnumal will succeed Milind Lakkad who is set to retire after serving 38 years at the company.
Kunnumal has 30 years of experience and has been associated with TCS for 25 years now. His role has evolved with time. He started as the HR Manager in TCS. And over the years he has fulfilled many roles including Director of HR for Asia Pacific, Head of Talent Acquisition in India and Head of HR for Europe. Before TCS, Kunnumal has worked with Petro Araldite Pvt. Ltd and Indo Matsushita Appliances Company Limited. As Kunnumal steps into the new role, his contributions will impact the company in great ways.
