The Founder, Chairman, and CEO of ReNew, Mr. Sumant Sinha, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Energy Transition and Hydrogen. Mr. Sinha brings over 35 years of industry expertise and is the founder of one of the largest clean energy companies listed on Nasdaq.

He has worked with ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India), Suzlon Group, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., Aditya Birla Group, ING Barings, and more. He has made major contributions in these organisations and held top leadership positions.

ReNew was founded in 2011 with a clear vision to transform clean energy and has developed a diverse portfolio in the segment. The company delivers solutions across the industry, including solar manufacturing and green hydrogen.
