JPMorganChase appointed Sumiran Bhatia to head as Executive Director – Global Functional Head KYC QA – AWM, ICB, and CCB. Bhatia brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has successfully handled multiple teams across compliance services, banking operations, and customer success. At JP Morgan Chase, she will be responsible for managing the global functions for AWM, ICB, and CCB.
Throughout her 15 years of professional journey, she has worked with several MNCs like American Express, Genpact, Deutsche Bank, KPMG, and Bright Money. She led the organisations and contributed significantly to risk assessment, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and fraud investigations.
Before joining JP Morgan Chase, she was the Director of Service, Operations, and Regulations, where she managed multiple teams while heading the legal, regulatory, risk, and AML structure.
