He has worked with ICICI Lombard, Swiss Re, GE Capital Services, and Axis Bank. Gupta started his banking career with Axis Bank as Deputy Manager, handling branch banking operations and customer service, and cross-selling while maintaining relationships.
Gupta served ICICI Lombard for 14 years and made significant contributions to the organization via leadership roles. As the Vice President – International Business and Network Partners, he had onboarded network partners like Re-insurance companies while securing a relationship with the partners to ensure delivery of services to global program clients. During his tenure, he has also developed the portfolio with partners and monitored the performance to provide actionable solutions.
His years of industry expertise with top financial institutions are expected to drive significant growth and innovation at Zurich Kotak General Insurance.
