She has worked with companies like Standard Chartered Bank, Cargill India, Walmart, Mars, and more. Patnaik has led many leadership positions in these companies. She served as Director of Corporate Affairs at Mars. Her responsibility revolved around public affairs, stakeholder management, advocacy, and brand reputation.
