Ather Energy appointed Surabhi Loshali as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This appointment represents a strategic reinforcement of Ather’s leadership team as the company scales its talent architecture in line with ambitious growth, culture-building, and organisational development objectives.
With over 20 years of professional experience in human resources leadership, with deep expertise in people strategy, organisational development, talent management, large-scale transformation, and people analytics. She has served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides Pharma Science Limited, where she led global people and culture initiatives across multiple geographies and supported organisational scale through strategic HR interventions.
She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science and Chemical Technology from Delhi College of Engineering. Her professional excellence has been recognised with accolades, including the Top HR Icon Award at the World HRD Congress in 2025 and Women Leader of the Year at the Women Empowerment Summit in 2024.
In her new role as CHRO at Ather Energy, Loshali will oversee the company’s end-to-end human resources and administration functions supporting rapid scaling while preserving the company’s high-performance ethos. This appointment underscores the organisation’s commitment to strategic organisational growth and sustainable talent leadership as it expands across products, markets, and capabilities.
