Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories reappointed Prasad G V as the Co-Chairman and Managing Director of the company for the next five years, effective from 30 January 2026. The decision was formally approved by the shareholders of the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting, signalling strong trust in his visionary leadership and strategic direction. Mr. Prasad has been associated with Dr. Reddy’s for over 30 years, and he has been a key promoter and long-standing member of the Board. His significant contributions have driven the evolution of Dr. Reddy’s across the global pharmaceutical powerhouse. Under his leadership, he has expanded its footprint across the globe, strengthening its innovation and commitment to affordable healthcare. His contributions didn't stop in the healthcare sector; Mr. Prasad also serves on the board of the Indian School of Business, Ashoka University, and others. He is also chairing the CII National Committee for Pharmaceuticals.
