
Tisha S. appointed as the Head of Client Services at Aon
Aon welcomes Tisha Soh as the Head of Client Services for Health Solutions in Singapore. Tisha has nearly two decades of experience in the financial and life insurance sector. Being a seasoned expert with global experience in client and financial services, she is the perfect fit for the role.
Soh has worked with GREAT EASTERN, Unity Willis Towers Watson Health and Benefits, Mercer, Cigna Insurance Services, and Standard Chartered. She has led the client services and relationships in these organisations in top positions. Successfully handling key accounts, employee health benefits, project management, and more, enhancing her expertise in client services.
In this new role, she will be responsible for handling client service across Aon’s Health Solutions portfolio. With her prior experience in managing teams and employee training, she will be supervising a team of service professionals while aligning business growth and strengthening client relationships. Soh will be leading the partnering with organisations and managing effective employee health and benefits strategies.
