Manish Kainth is appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Kainth brings over two decades of experience in the human resources sector and has led organizational development over the years.
Initially, he started his career as an engineer at Tata Motors and later transitioned to Factory and Branch HR Manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited. He had also worked with IBM, HSBC, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, L.P., and Tata Consumer Products. Kainth was associated with Tata Consumer Products for 10 years and has served the organization in leading talent development and curating the culture.
Kainth’s experience brings a combination of multiple expertise, including organization integration during mergers and acquisitions, employee engagement, maintaining union relations, and more.
