TVS Capital Funds appointed Shyam Srinivasan, Subhasri Sriram, and Muthun Sacheti as the Independent Board Directors.
Shyam Srinivasan has been appointed as the Independent Director and will also serve as the Senior Advisor and Operating Partner at TVS Capital Funds. He has also worked with companies like Lucas TVS, Wipro, Citi, Standard Chartered, Federal Bank, and Fedbank Financial Services Ltd – Fedfina. With his strategic vision and decades of expertise, TVS Capital is expected to bring industry insight and boost the growth of the company.
Subhasri Sriram brings over 30 years of experience in the financial sector and is currently serving as the MD and CEO of Shriram Capital Ltd. By joining as the Independent Director at TVS, she is bringing years of expertise in leadership, compliance, financial services, and corporate governance. Over the course of her professional career, she has worked with Bharat Electronics Limited, Sundaram Finance Securities Limited, Shriram City Union Finance Limited, TAKE Solutions, and more.
Mithun Sacheti is the Founder and former MD of Caratlane. He brings two decades of experience to the table as he becomes the Independent Director at TVS Capital Funds. His consumer and market insights align ideally with the scaling of the company.
