In this pivotal role, Pankaj will oversee strategic operations, asset management, and property advisory functions, contributing to Unify’s continued leadership in integrated real estate and facility management solutions.
With over two decades of rich experience in real estate, facility operations, and project management, Pankaj brings deep expertise in establishing frameworks for property management, governance, and operational efficiency. Before joining Unify, he served as Lead Consultant – Real Estate Management (EMEA) and earlier held key leadership positions at JLLIndia and NirmalLifestyle Ltd, where he led large-scale transitions, commercial and residential operations, and asset optimization initiatives.
