United Hospitality Management appointed Panos Loupasis as the Vice President of Development for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. In this strategic role, Loupasis will lead UHM’s expansion efforts across the region, identifying market opportunities, driving acquisitions, conversions, and new-build hotel projects, all aligned with UHM’s goal.
With over 27 years of global hospitality experience, Panos worked with WyndhamHotels & Resorts, where he last served as Managing Director for Türkiye, the Middle East and Africa, handling more than 187 operational properties. Before Wyndham, he held senior development, operations, and asset management roles at Accor Hotels and Rezidor and played a key role in launching the Holiday Inn Express brand in the GCC.
