Amrita Singh is elevated as the Head of Human Resources at Uno Minda. With extensive cross-industry experience spanning global IT, manufacturing, textiles, infrastructure, and mobility, Amrita brings deep expertise in HR transformation, talent strategy, organizational development, and culture building.
She has been associated with Uno Minda for 2 years, and her leadership contributions have been pivotal in strengthening HR governance, driving capability development, and aligning people practices with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
Before Uno Minda, she had worked with Genpact, Arvind Limited, Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon Limited, and more. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale transformation programmes and introduced a modern HR frameworks.
A SHRM-SCP credentialed professional and an alumna of IIM Ahmedabad’s Executive Program in Strategic HRM, Amrita is known for her commitment to fostering inclusive and high-performance workplace cultures.
