Vikash Modi joined AU SMALL FINANCE BANK as the Head of Human Resources, with over 25 years of experience in human resources and the banking sector. Vikash started his journey at Union Bank of India as a Personnel Officer in 1999.
He has worked in renowned financial institutions like Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, Tata Motors Finance, and YES BANK. Over the course of his professional career, he has led companies in top positions with immense expertise and clarity.
He served HDFC Bank for 7 years and directed the company as Vice President (HR) and Deputy VP (HR). At HDFC, he successfully hired employees for 500 new branches and also facilitated the merger of Centurion Bank of Punjab with HDFC Bank. He is a seasoned expert who managed the recruitment and maintenance of 14,000+ employees.
