Aditya Birla Capital appointed Vishakha Mulye as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. A seasoned leader with a reputation for strategic clarity and strong execution, Mulye has been pivotal in shaping the company’s transformation journey. With over three decades of expertise, she has redefined ABCL’s business model by embedding data, digital, and technology into the strategy, accelerating growth.
Under her leadership, ABCL has championed a digital-first and customer-first approach. She launched the omni-channel D2C platform and the intuitive mobile app ABCD. He offered a unified experience across loans, investments, insurance, and payments. She also led the creation of Udyog Plus, supporting lending services to MSMEs.
Before joining Aditya Birla Group, she held senior roles at ICICI Group, including Executive Director on the Board of ICICIBank, MD & CEO at ICICI Venture, and Group CFO. She played a pivotal role in the historic merger of ICICI and ICICI Bank.
