Ruchika Arora is appointed by Welspun Living Limited as President and CEO, Domestic Retail Business for Home Textile & Flooring. She brings over two decades of diverse leadership experience spanning strategy, business development, and retail operations across reputed organizations, including WelspunFlooring, WelspunGroup, WestRockCompany, TataSteel, and Tata International Limited. In her new role, Ruchika will lead the company’s efforts to enhance customer engagement, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.
During her tenure at Welspun Flooring, she led the Indian market while strengthening the brand’s presence in the domestic segment. She also led as the Senior Vice President – Global Ops and Strategy at Welspun Group, where she headed large-scale operational excellence and transformative initiatives.
She had worked with TataAdministrativeServices, where she gained cross-functional expertise through roles at Tata Steel, Tata Chemicals, and Virgin Mobile India, building a strong foundation in business strategy and execution.
