Yasser Aboismail has stepped in as the Regional General Counsel – Director Legal, Commercial/Contracts and Compliance at Thales Arabia. He will lead the company’s legal, contracts, and compliance functions across Saudi Arabia and Central Asia. He will be responsible for aligning legal and governance practices with the company’s long-term objectives.
With over two decades of legal and compliance leadership experience across several MNCs, Yasser has a proven track record of building governance frameworks, complex commercial negotiations, and driving compliance transformation. Before Thales, he was associated with Schindler Group as Head of Group Rights Office and General Counsel & Head of Compliance, MENA. He has also worked with Eaton, PepsiCo, and EY.
Yasser also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Canadian University Dubai and a Lecturer at the University of Dubai
