Yatra Online Ltd. has elevated co-founder Dhruv Shringi to Executive Chairman and named Siddhartha Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer. Shringi has served as CEO since the company’s inception, will now lead Yatra’s long-term vision with a focus on global expansion, innovation, and creating shareholder value.
Siddhartha brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, B2B SaaS, and digital transformation, with prior leadership roles at organisations including SAP and Mercer.
The transition underscores Yatra’s intent to double down on its B2B-first strategy and to scale its managed travel solutions. Over the past 12 months, the company onboarded 148 new corporate clients, representing potential business worth over ₹700 crore annually.
