Anil Raghav is appointed as the Managing Director of Zoetis India Capability Center. In this role, he will be supporting the company’s technology, digital, and shared services operations. Anil will lead strategic initiatives to drive innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation, further strengthening the company’s mission by advancing animal health and well-being worldwide.
Anil’s leadership focuses on building high-performing, collaborative teams and fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous learning. Under his guidance, ZICC is poised to enhance its strategic contributions to Zoetis’ global objectives while delivering value to customers, partners, and communities across geographies.
Bringing more than 20 years of experience, he has worked with CBaySystems, SymphonyTeleca, FidelityInvestments, Philips, Lowe’s India, and Eli Lily and Company. Anil served as Vice President and Head of the Zoetis India Capability Center before becoming MD, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the organization’s strong foundation and scaling its capabilities in India.
