Ahlawat has led Deloitte as Director, where she was responsible for taking strategic HR initiatives and transformative programs. With her two decades of expertise in the human resources industry, she will bring immense knowledge on the table, leading PwC as a creating human-centric organisation.
She was also the Vice President at Middle East Internet Group. She led the company across the Middle East region, steering people transformation.
In her new role, Ahlawat will supervise the talent strategy with organisational growth. Driving profitability while transforming the people culture. Under her leadership, PwC India is expected to foster innovation, business expansion, and operational excellence.
