With over four decades of rich professional experience in marketing, communication, brand strategy, and entrepreneurship. She is best known for founding and leading Saatchi & Saatchi Focus in India as Chief Executive Officer, where she steered the agency for 25 years, working with a diverse mix of B2B, B2C, employee engagement, and healthcare brands.
Ms. Harita is deeply engaged in mentoring and ecosystem development. She serves as a resident mentor at NSRCEL, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and actively supports startups and non-profit ventures. Being a member of the Boards of Governors at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, as well as on the Governing Council of Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru.
