With over two decades of professional experience in talent acquisition, people strategy, and organisational capability development. He holds a proven track record in building high-performing teams and shaping workforce strategies aligned with business priorities. With his leadership and deep expertise, he will enhance talent practices that support business scalability and bring a competitive advantage.

He has also served in senior talent acquisition and HR leadership roles, where he influenced organisational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning and talent development initiatives. He combines cross-industry experience with a strong understanding of tech-enabled services and corporate environments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Redkar has demonstrated strong leadership and operational excellence across human capital functions. His experience spans talent management, recruitment optimisation, and employer branding, playing a key role in building an engaged, innovative, and future-ready workforce.

He has held senior leadership roles where he influenced organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning. His journey includes pivotal roles as a Manager at Wipro Ltd., a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, and leading Recruitment at Blue Star Infotech. These experiences have shaped his ability to build high-performing, future-ready teams.

In his role as Associate Director, Mr. Redkar will drive talent strategies that strengthen LTIMindtree’s human capital foundation, elevate employee experience, and support the company’s vision for market-driven innovation and client-centric delivery. He will be scaling global talent ecosystems, enhancing leadership pipelines, and aligning people objectives with evolving business goals.

Mr. Redkar is an alumnus of the University of Mumbai, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). To further his expertise in the people function, he completed his management studies at the prestigious
Welingkar Institute of Management specializing in Human Resource Management.
