He has also served at Franklin Templeton as a Quant Research Associate, being involved in investment-related initiatives and client-focused work, which helped him develop a solid understanding of portfolio management, financial markets, and institutional client needs. His professional experience has contributed to several initiatives aimed at strengthening internal workflows and supporting long-term business goals.
Mr. Kumawat’s experience spans areas such as investment management, financial analysis, technology-enabled solutions, and operations, giving him a well-rounded view of how large financial organisations function. He holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
