Colliers has appointed Prashant Sharma as India Lead – Enterprise Solutions, Occupier Services. This appointment will support the company’s focus on tenant-centric real estate advisory and workplace strategy across India, helping organisations make informed real estate decisions in a time of rapid workplace change.
With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has deep expertise in occupier services, portfolio optimisation, and workspace strategy. He has served in leadership positions within Colliers’ Office Services division, including as Senior Executive Director and Co-Head of Office Services for Bangalore.
His cross-functional expertise combines strategic planning, client service, and execution in India’s dynamic office market. Before joining Colliers, Mr. Sharma built a foundation in real estate and property consulting, developing strong market knowledge and analytical skills that inform his current leadership approach. He has also served at ACC Limited, Cityinfo Services Pvt. Ltd., and Knight Frank.
Mr. Sharma holds a degree in Civil Engineering from KIIT – Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, and his background includes additional @certifications in finance and marketing that enhance his ability to bridge business goals with real estate solutions.
In his new role, he will lead Colliers’ efforts to deepen occupier advisory capabilities, support enterprise clients in real estate decision-making, and guide workplace transformation initiatives that improve portfolio outcomes. His focus will be on creating solutions that help organisations optimise costs, enhance workplace experience, and plan future-ready real estate strategies.
