Navneet Gupta has been appointed Global HR Head at Milestone Inc. This appointment will strengthen the company’s leadership team as it scales its global operations. His appointment marks a strategic step in advancing the firm’s people agenda and HR transformation initiatives.
He holds over 14 years of human resources leadership experience to his new role. He has served as Head of People – Asia at fabric, where he led regional HR strategy, culture initiatives, talent development and performance frameworks across a fast-growing digital and technology ecosystem. He has also served as Head HRBP at Aakash Educational Services Limited, People Consultant at i4 HR Consulting : Talent and Learning Solutions, Head HR at Curefit, Head – Corporate HR at PUMA Group, and HRBP at airtel. He also began his professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services and Intel Corporation, laying a strong foundation in talent management and HR systems.
His academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a BTech in Computer Science & Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
In his new role, he will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global human resources strategy, with a focus on culture building, leadership capability development, talent transformation and scalable people practices to support continued growth and innovation.
