Adani Group has appointed Puneet Awasthie as Head of Business Development & Operations. This appointment will strengthen the organisation’s leadership team as the Group continues to expand across infrastructure and commercial verticals.
With over a decade of experience spanning business development, sales leadership, international trade, private label development, and operational strategy. He also served as Project Engineer at GTL Limited, Head of Supermarket at Tata Motors, Head of F&B at Future Group India, Center Point Manager at Landmark Group, Tenant Relationship Manager at Dubai Outlet Mall, and Center Head Leasing at The Phoenix Mills Ltd. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record in scaling businesses, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering revenue growth across complex commercial environments.
His academic qualifications are from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Jaipuria Institute of Management, and Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. In his new role, he will lead strategic business development initiatives while overseeing operational execution across key projects. He will be responsible for driving growth opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the Group’s large-scale infrastructure and commercial developments.
