Ajay Kaul is the Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics at Ospree Duty Free (MTRPL). With over 23 years of experience, Ajay has emerged as a transformational leader in India’s travel retail supply chain sector.
Mr. Kaul is an Alumnus of IIM Rohtak and IIFT Delhi, building a strong foundation in end-to-end SCM strategy, vendor development, regulatory compliance, and PL management. At MTRPL, he has led major warehouse operation transformation by introducing RFID tracking, automated replenishment, and digitized customs documentation, cutting the clearance and restocking timelines by more than 50%.
His leadership also extends to building a scalable warehouse network, instituting inventory control and loss-prevention frameworks while driving green supply chain initiatives. Through innovation, resilience, and cross-functional alignment, Mr. Kaul continues to shape future-ready supply chains that balance speed and service excellence.
