Pallavi Shome has joined Allianz as Global Head – Group Finance Excellence Center, marking a key leadership addition to strengthen the company’s global finance transformation and operational excellence agenda. Pallavi brings over 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning financial services, telecom, operations, and technology.
Before joining Allianz, Pallavi served as Chief Operating Officer, India Engineering at BNY. During her six-year tenure, she also headed global strategic vendor partnerships and expense management for the bank’s technology organization. Previously, she served at BritishTelecom, following leadership roles at FidelityInvestments, StandardCharteredBank, and HCL Corporation.
A certified Agile Leader, Six Sigma and COPC professional, and Associate Certified Coach (ICF), Pallavi also holds an Independent Director credential from IICA. She is known for building resilient teams, nurturing inclusive cultures, and driving sustainable, people-centric growth.
