Elior Group has appointed Ashwani Vohra as Managing Director of Elior India. With over 25 years of leadership experience across QSR, food services, retail, hospitality, and large-scale operations, Ashwani Vohra is widely recognised for his ability to transform and industrialise operations. His appointment comes at a time when India’s food services sector is witnessing rapid expansion, driven by evolving consumer expectations around nutrition, wellness, and sustainable food solutions.
Before joining Elior, Vohra spent several years with Compass Group India, where he held multiple senior leadership roles. In these roles, he led operations across leading brands such as Eurest, ESS, Chartwells, and Medirest, overseeing complex, multi-location businesses and large workforces.
His earlier career includes leadership stints at Spring Leaf Retail Private Limited, Subhiksha Trading Services Limited, Jumboking, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Cafe Coffee Day, and Wimpy’s, where he developed deep expertise in P&L management, brand expansion, and operational scale-up across India.
