Citi appointed Gagan Singh as the International Chief Financial Officer. Gagan has been associated with Citi for the past 18 years and has consistently made significant contributions to the company. In his 18 years of financial journey, he has held key leadership positions and has experience in managing cross-border business for Citi.
He started his professional career at Citi in 2007. He joined as Securitization and Microfinance Operations. Later, he was promoted to Business Controller for Consumer Bank India. In 2017, Singh became the Director – Head of Financial Close and Assurance for the APAC region. Before becoming International CFO, he was a regional franchise controller for Citigroup Asia- Pacific and as Managing Director – Controller he managed clients, banking, international and legacy franchises.
Singh is an industry expert with expertise in financial management, reporting, planning and analysis. Successfully guiding M&A activities and partnerships that align with the company’s goals.
