Dabur India has strengthened its leadership with the elevation of Mohit Malhotra to Global Chief Executive Officer and the appointment of Herjit S. Bhalla as Chief Executive Officer – India Business. This is a strategic move that will reinforce its domestic and international growth strategy.
Mohit Malhotra holds over three decades of extensive experience with Dabur. He previously served as Group CEO at Dabur India Limited. During his professional career, he also served as CEO and Senior Executive Director at Dabur International Ltd. for 15+ years. Initially, he joined as Marketing manager/Group Product Manager/Product Manage and later, after a decade of exposure, he was elevated to Business head -MENA and EGYPT at Dabur International Ltd
In his new role, he will oversee Dabur’s global operations, supporting its international expansion and strengthening its position across key markets worldwide. His leadership has played a critical role in advancing Dabur’s transformation into a future-ready FMCG organization with a strong emphasis on innovation, brand growth, and market diversification.
Complementing this transition, Herjit S. Bhalla has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer – India Business. He holds 25+ years of professional experience, where he has served as a Vice President, Canada & Global Customers at The Hershey Company and Chief Operating Officer, North & East at METRO Wholesale India. During his professional career, he has served for 15+ years at Unilever, most recently serving as a General Manager of Customer Development North.
He holds his academic qualification from the Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. In his new role, he will work towards contributing significantly to business growth, customer development, and brand leadership across competitive markets. This leadership restructuring will strengthen the company’s executive team with experienced industry leaders to accelerate innovation, drive operational excellence, and evolve in the dynamic consumer goods landscape.
