
Nayara Energy is an international gas and oil company specialising in production and marketing to retail. The organization appointed Deepesh Baxi as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Baxi brings three decades of experience in finance, strategy, and more. He has vehemently worked with oil and gas companies in the course of his career.
Before joining Nayara Energy, Baxi worked with Castrol, BP, and Arthur Andersen & Co. While working with these renowned companies, Baxi gained expertise in strategy building, budgeting, cost management, and more. He led BP as the Head of Strategy in the Asia and Pacific region. Baxi was also the CFO and Wholetime Director at Castrol and successfully handled risk management, compliance, and accounting across 40 countries.
As the CFO of Nayara Energy, he will supervise the financial strategy and operations. He will maintain investor relations, corporate governance, internal audits, and compliance.
