Deutsche Bank has appointed Jai Rajbhut as Director – Technology. This appointment aims to drive the development and delivery of critical technology platforms that underpin the bank’s operations and future growth aspirations.
He brings more than two decades of technology leadership experience in the financial services sector. He has served as Head of Engineering at HSBC, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Senior VP at Citi India, Senior Architect at Fiserv, and as an Associate at Cognizant. Across these roles, he has built and scaled high-throughput distributed systems, driven cloud-native and API-led transformations, and aligned technology execution with strategic business priorities.
Rajbhut holds an Executive MBA in Finance from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Amravati University, building a strong academic foundation that complements his extensive industry experience.
In his new job profile, he will work closely with cross-functional business, architecture, and operations teams to advance Deutsche Bank’s engineering excellence, strengthen platform reliability, and ensure robust alignment with regulatory, risk, and governance imperatives. His appointment will build strong leadership for scaling resilient, secure, and future-ready systems that support the bank’s expanding digital footprint across global markets.
