Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited has appointed Sonali Rajpurohit as HR Head. This appointment will strengthen the organisation’s leadership to scale its operations and people strategy across the country.
With over 10 years of professional experience in human resources and talent management. She has served as HR Lead at Unilever and as HRBP at udaan.com and Reliance Industries Limited. She played a key role in shaping HR strategies and initiatives for organizations spanning a broad spectrum of experience across FMCG, e-commerce, and large corporate environments.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BTech in Computer Science Engineering from DIT UNIVERSITY, building a strong academic foundation with practical industry experience.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s human resources agenda, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee engagement. She will work to strategise and build a culture of high performance, driving organisational development initiatives, and aligning HR programs with the company’s strategic goals as Kwality Wall strengthens its market position.
