In his new role, Vaibhav will spearhead HRoperations across the North and East regions, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and driving leadership development. Before joining DTDC, Vaibhav held senior HR roles at EcomExpressLimited, PNBMetLifeIndiaInsurance, ReligareHealth nsurance, and KotakMahindra Life Insurance, where he led impactful initiatives in workforce development, capability building, and employee experience.
