Genesys goes through major leadership changes to strengthen the APAC team

Genesys has announced key leadership changes to boost the Asia Pacific team. Genesys is a global leader in the software industry, and these appointments show its commitment to accelerating growth and innovation in this crucial region.

Mao Gen Foo has joined as the Vice President of Sales for Asia, bringing extensive 30-year experience in driving sales across diverse markets. He has worked with companies like Carrier Corporation, Interwoven, OpenText, and more.

Don (Dongwook) Kim is taking over as the Country Manager for Korea, focusing on expanding Genesys’ footprint and customer base. Kim brings 15 years of experience and has worked with SAS and UiPath.

Maya Rashed has stepped in as Senior Director of APJ Marketing with an aim to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement throughout the region. She has 20 years of dynamic experience in sales and marketing. Worked with ReadiNow, Confluent, Oracle, and more.
