Gigamon Appoints New Leaders to Drive APAC Growth

Gigamon Strengthens APAC Leadership

Gigamon appointed two leaders to boost the leadership team in the APAC region. This strategic move aims to meet the growing demand for deep observability solutions.

David Land has been appointed as the Vice President of Sales for APAC and will be based in Sydney. Land has over 20 years of experience in the sales department and has led companies like Dell Technologies, NetIQ, and Fortra. He has led Fortra as the Vice President for Asia Pacific and Japan. In the new role, Land will supervise the sales and channel teams of the APAC Region.

Nikolas Kalogirou joined Gigamon as the Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand. With more than 20+ years as a sales leader, mentor, and coach. He has worked with companies like Recorded Future, BlackBerry, COFENSE, FraudWatch International, Macquarie Group Telecom, Optus, Vodafone, and more.

Chief Revenue Officer John Giacomini expressed confidence in the new appointment, “Welcoming David and Nik to the team reflects our deepening commitment to customers and partners across the fast-growing APAC region. Both are seasoned leaders with deep domain knowledge and local market insight, and I’m confident they will play a key role in advancing our growth strategy in the months and years ahead.”
