Emmanuel Bucaille Appointed Head of New Product Development at Bank of Singapore

Bank of Singapore, Asia’s Global Private Bank appointed Emmanuel Bucaille, who will lead the Investment Solutions Group as Head of New Product Development. The Investment Solutions Group is led by Vivienne Chia. Bucaille brings over four decades of experience in wealth management, capital markets, and product development.

Bucaille has worked with Manulife Asset Management, UBS Wealth Management, CREDIT COMMERCIAL DE FRANCE, Manulife Investment Management and more. He led Manulife Asset Management as the Senior Managing Director-Regional Head of Wealth Solutions Asia, where he led the APAC region to align wealth management with customers’ financial objectives. He worked with USB Wealth Management for 24 years straight and has expertise in cross-boundaries management.

The new position will involve developing innovative investment products serving the global clientele of the bank and their changing needs. Bucaille’s appointment aligns with the bank’s strategy that aims to enhance product offerings and strengthen the position of the company in the competitive banking sector.

Bank of Singapore reported assets worth $124 billion under its management by the end of 2024. The 9% YOY highlights the bank’s position as one of the largest private banks in the Asian region.
